Without exception all staff lovely. In particular Peter in reception for his unfailing help & efficency in dealing with everything. The young lady in charge of the dining room at breakfast. I don't know her name but she remembered my husband had been in hospital three weeks earlier& asked about him. So much kindness from everyone. Marie & Martin

Although we only stayed for 3 nights at The Mespil, we only have positive comments : friendly, helpful, clean room & accommodation, good service and location, a hearty full Irish breakfast, and dinner possibilities at their Lock Four Restaurant. Just half an hour away from the center of Dublin (by foot), close to bus stops & car rental, taxi stop in front, restaurants, pubs, etc... and quiet neighborhood. We can certainly recommend this hotel to other travellers ! Belgian visitors to Dublin

From our first point of contact which was Peter at reception, We knew our stay was going to be excellent. He could not have been more helpful and nice if he tried. The room was superb and fabulously decorated. We went to the bar in the evening and just like our encounter with Peter the staff were absolutely fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Our only disappointment was we had to cancel a second night stay. However as a result of your beautiful hotel and more importantly your 5 star staff we are in the process of planning a weekend visit in the coming months. Thanking you all. Daragh and Siobhan
