Brilliant hotel clean and close to Avivia stadium if your going there. We went to westlife and was great had dinner in hotel restaurant beforehand was beautiful. It was also my mums 50th birthday and the hotel had a birthday card and box of chocolates sitting in the room on arrival.

Every staff member were helpful and friendly. Our stay was perfect

I have stayed at many fine hotels all over the world, and I must say my experience at the Mespil outdid them all. Every single one of your employees, even maintenance people offered a kind greeting and always asked if they could be of assistance when passed in the halls.. Not something one comes across much these days. The hotel is well kept and lovely, but your staff really is what makes it wonderful and you should be very proud of all of them. I’d especially like to mention the young lady who checked me in and the housekeeper who took care of my room, both exceptional employees who truly know the meaning of customer service. Keep up the good work!
