Mespil Hotel is amazing! The room was spacious and clean, with unexpected features like a rain shower and fireplace that made it even more special. The breakfast is 100% worth it, it had every option one could imagine, and the hot foods were cooked to perfection (the Irish sausage, eggs, and hash browns were especially delicious!). The staff are all SO kind and helpful, they really go above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Special shoutout to Adrian and Cathal for being so helpful and accommodating, thank you! There are even little details like chocolates at the reception desk and maps with suggestions for things to see and places to visit in Dublin, which make this hotel stand out even more. I wish I could stay there forever, I will definitely be back next time I'm in Dublin! Thank you, Mespil Hotel!

Beautiful room overlooking The Grand Canal last weekend. The only hotel I choose in Dublin when there for business / leisure events......no matter where the event is on city-wide.

The Mespil Hotel is very suitable for a stay in Dublin. An all-round good place to stay. Much more quiet than in the direct city center. But close enough to all the sights. Thanks to the Mespil team.

If we could give The Mespil more stars, we would. The most welcoming staff upon arrival and throughout the hotel. The standard of food is excellent, both dinner and breakfast were to an extremely high standard. Hotel itself has a warm, relaxing atmosphere and it is absolutely spotless. They have also taken the guidelines as regards Covid in a very serious manner, we felt so safe here. Everything about The Mespil is perfect, we do not say this lightly. We will most definitely be back. Every member of staff are an asset to the hotel. Looking forward to our return.

What an experience!!! The Mespil Hotel exceeded all my expectations, beautiful hotel on the cusp of Dublin city centre. Every member of staff so friendly, helpful and gracious. Just what we needed for our first day out of lockdown . Never realized such a jewel was on our doorstep . If they had a pool or spa/ jacuzzi this hotel could go up a star. We got a fantastic deal B&B with evening meal for €159. Would have cost that for a meal out in normal times, but had no taxi expense!! We will definitely revisit in the near future.
