My partner and I just had the most amazing night away in this hotel. From the second we checked in, our receptionist Nadia made the whole experience so enjoyable! My partner and I just found out we are expecting a baby girl at the end of March and booked a last minute night away , once Nadia found out , she went above and beyond to make it even more special . She upgraded our room which was such a lovely and kind gesture, then when we went down to the lounge for dinner that evening and asked the bar staff if they did anything non alcoholic and they told us that Nadia had already mentioned to them that I would be down and to look after me because I would be in need of a mocktail and sent a complimentary one down to our table. These random and completely unexpected acts of kindness really made our nights. I just want to thank Nadia so much for making our night so much more special. She is a credit to this hotel and we will definitely be back!

Staff are wonderful. Very attentive and helpful under difficult circumstances. We were made feel comfortable and at ease instantly. The hotel is top notch with a lovely atmosphere. We would highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again ourselves. Paul.
